Work Brokers – Wellington

 

Permanent and Fixed Term opportunities – Full time

Based in Wellington – covering the Wellington Region

We are looking for a fantastic individual to join our dedicated team who work to improve the lives of New Zealanders. We are focussed on connecting MSD’s clients with employers to provide job opportunities that can make a real difference to their lives and those in the wider community.

 

As a Work Broker you’ll engage with existing employers and work to bring new employers on board to link our clients into employment.  You will promote Work and Income products and job seekers to potential employers.

 

You’ll work alongside Case Managers and other service centre staff to ensure sustainable employment outcomes for clients. Our clients come from a range of backgrounds and situations, including those affected by health issues and disabilities.

 

The Work Broker role will appeal to a sales oriented person as you will become the voice of your clients by selling their skills to local employers.  Drive, self-motivation, a strong delivery focus and a desire for outcomes is important in this role.

Based in Wellington, this role will require travel within, and the flexibility to work from, all eight sites within the region.  A requirement of this role is a full clean valid New Zealand driver’s licence without conditions.
